The knives and sommeliers openers of this collection are jewels. They require the accumulated know-how and high skills of the Claude Dozorme craftsmen and cutler men working in l'Atelier, the place for their most unique pieces. The blades are here made from the ancestral technics of the highly resistant and beautiful Damascus steel, or at least of extreme high quality steel X50CrMoV15. Their handles are made of extremely rare and chic material, such as Mammoth molars recovered from the Permafrost in Siberia or Alaska, beautiful horns, or even crocodile skin. The plates and spring file are manually "guilloches".  Magnificent pieces.
