1902 Vichy is the collection of Traditional French Kitchen knives, sharp and precise, but light and easy to use without wrist pain. Their colorful and beautiful handle is made of true "Vichy" fabric covered by firmly riveted acrylic (dishwasher safe). 1902 is a nod to the date C. Dozorme cutlery was created in France, in Thiers city, the Europe capital of cutlery.

Full tang means the blade goes all the way up to the end of the handle in one piece for a much better balance and resistance than knives made of 2 pieces. Made of extreme high quality steel, rich in carbon, they are extremely hard (Rockwell hardness between 54 and 56 HRC), and professional razor sharp. The eyelet hole at the end of the handle makes it easy to hang if you wish.

Model:1902 Vichy Universal knife is a small kitchen knife with a serrated blade. This makes it easy to cut tomatoes and all similar types of soft fruits and vegetables without crushing them. Thanks to its serrated blade, the penetration into the skin of soft fruits is made easily. It makes additionally a super and convenient mini bread knife.
