Our BLUE STEEL baking tray are made of pure iron, without any chemical coating. The plate which is made of 99% pure iron is heated at high temperature to get a uniform black luster. This process creates a natural anti-oxidation protective layer. We carefully selected high-quality edible oils for the anti-rust protective layer.
(Note: The ink-black natural anti-oxidation protective layer is not a coating, and rust stains may still occur during commodity transportation. This is a normal phenomenon. Please refer to Q&A iron maintenance teaching).
The light blue iron material is high temperature resistant. The slightly inclined edge is made to avoid the ingredients to slip out.
For pie crusts and biscuits, the best healthy and high-efficiency material selection.
Cleaning: Not suitable for dishwashers, hot water is recommended with brushes
