De Buyer's CHOC combination of an ultra-thick 4 mm aluminum skirt covered with ahigh-quality 5-layer nonstick safe coating (guaranteed without PFOA) offers much improved resistance to abrasion, chocs and heat distortion than any other nonstick pan brands. Before CHOC, professional cooks with daily heavy use had to change their nonstick pan every few months. With CHOC, they can now use their nonstick pans daily for a few years. And we, chefs amateurs, can now enjoy the same quality!
The bottom is grooved for a better heat spreading and cooking, and the solid riveted traditional French curved handle, made of a solid strip steel, provides effortless and comfortable grip and solidity of the whole pan.
Cooking tips: Choc mini pan cake pan are perfect for making the famous Russian blinis, pancakes, eggs "mirror" or mini-omelette, or any individual portions to cook on hotplate or oven (stuffed tomato for example).
Cooktops:It works on all cooktops except induction. It can be used for flash oven cooking, less than 10 mn and below 200 degrees Celsius, convenient to keep your crepes warm or reheat them
Care & Wash:
Do not heat when empty or overheat
Do not use nonstick pan on powerful heat. Nonstick pans are made to be used on low to medium power heat sources.
Avoid temperature shocks
Do not use metal objects in the cookware
Wash by hand only, with a non-abrasive sponge
