We Like: Revolution Master is at the top of the slicers' world by the wide array of shapes it allows to cut. That's a tool Chefs & cook amateurs will really enjoy to use. The notice inside explains well how and with which association of blades and pusher rotation to get the shapes you wish. However, so many possibilities may scare someone looking to get a few shapes only such as slices or French fries (see which mandoline for what cuts below). A real plus: the 6 Julienne blades have their own detachable storage box.
We Recommend: the blades are very sharp. Be careful when you wash them, as you would be when washing a sharp knife. All elements are dishwasher safe but we recommend to wash the blades by hand to keep their sharpness as long as possible.
